Coni Brown

Coni was an amazing, whimsical artist who’s work I discovered on a trip to Florida and though we were only able to meet via email and Facebook, I was looking forward to meeting her on our next trip to Florida. She was excited for me to introduce her work to the rug hooking world with patterns for everyone to enjoy. Sadly I never got to meet Coni in person, as she contracted a virus and passed away suddenly, too young and much to soon. From communication with her husband, I learned she was a lively, vivacious woman, who lived everyday with spirit and freedom. I am honored here at Red Horse R
